Gale, an audiovisual splitboard experience. Behind the enigmatic title hides a splitboard adventure that took place last winter in the Swiss Alps. The short film leads through the Obergommer forests, slopes in the Aletsch area and follows a rope team on the Urner Traverse. Levi Luggen and Gregor Betschon show the different facets of touring through dynamic artistic images and paint a unique mountain world together with sound artist Andreas Achermann. The piece composed for the live performance will be performed as a Ciné Concert. The sounds of the synthesizer and the lyrical texts by Joshua Truscott take the audience on this extraordinary winter journey.
